HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

It's pretty easy steps. Please refer to below procedure:

1. Just e-mail us at azza_coklat@yahoo.com.my and list down

· o. Name

· o. Adress

· o. Contact number

· o. The items and amounts that you want to purchase

wait for our reply

2. We will e-mail you ASAP with a confirmation list and total amount to be paid. Payment can be made by cash transfer to our CIMB account that will be given on your email. After you already paid email us all the detail that written on the receipt.

3. You can select the options to have your parcel to be delivered by:

a) Post Express (small parcel) @ RM5.00
b) Post Express (medium parcel) @ RM10.00
c) Post Express (big parcel) @ RM13.00 – RM15.00 or
d) Pos Laju (weight no more than 500 gm) @ RM13.00 – RM15.00

4. Orders issued are valid for 3 working days. If there is no respond from you or payment have yet to be made, we will assume that you are no longer interested in purchasing our products and your reservation/orders will be cancelled.

5. Your orders will be sent 1 day after confirmation of payment (no parcel will be delivered on Saturday and Sunday)

6. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
